This website is constructed using ikiwiki. I use ikiwiki for two reasons. Being a wiki compiler, the production version of the website is statically generated, minimizing my hosting requirements. Since ikiwiki stores page history in a revision control system, I can maintain separate branches for development, testing, and release.
The source code for this website is available at github. There are two repositories, one containing the site template which contains the header, footer, and other common elements for each page. the other repository contains the site contents.
